Cabbage cutlet



Another recipe of cutlet here for you! Well, I just love to make cutlets and it’s my favorite food item.

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped cabbage – 1

2.       Boiled potatoes – 2

3.       Fresh coriander leaves (dhaniya) – 2 tbsp.

4.       Refined flour (mendaa) – 2 tbsp.

5.       Bread crumbs – ½ cup

6.       Oil to fry

7.       Salt as per requirement

8.       Water – ½ cup

Method to make this yummy cabbage cutlet

1.       Add cabbage, boiled potatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2.       Make balls of this mixture and push it to give a proper shape of cutlet.
3.       Add refined flour, salt, and water in another bowl and cover cutlets with that mixture.
4.       Spread bread crumbs on the cutlet you covered with the mixture.
5.       After that add little oil in pan and fry cutlet till it becomes golden brown.
6.       Take it out and serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
