Pomegranate raita



Here is the recipe to make pomegranate raita.

Ingredients:

1.       Curd – 2 cup

2.       Pomegranate (Anaar) – ½ cup

3.       Black pepper powder – ½ tsp.

4.       Green chilli – 2

5.       Chopped coriander – ½ tsp.

6.       Sugar – 1 tsp.

7.       Cumin powder – 1 tsp.


How to make pomegranate raita?

-          Add black pepper powder and sugar in curd and mix it well.
-          Then add pomegranate, green chilli, and chopped coriander in it. Mix well.
-          Mix raita properly and out it in fridge.
-          When raita is cold take it out and garnish it with chopped coriander and cumin powder.

Serve it and enjoy eating pomegranate raita.
