Baked potato noodles



Noodle is the favorite food item of all. Here is the recipe to make baked potato noodles.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled potato mixture – 1 small bowl

2.       White sauce – 2 tsp.

3.       Salt to taste

4.       Black pepper powder – half tsp.

5.       Tomatoes – 4

6.       Small onions – 2

7.       Garlic – 5 pieces

8.       Sugar – 2 tsp.

9.       Chilli flakes – half tsp.

10.   Oregano – half tsp.

11.   Vinegar – half tsp.

12.   Oil – 1 tsp.

13.   Salt to taste

14.   Grated cheese – 2 tsp.

15.   Butter – 1 tsp.

16.   Small chopped capsicum – 1 tsp.

17.   Capsicum ring – 1

18.   Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp.

Process to make baked potato noodles at home:

1.       Chop tomatoes and onions. Make paste of garlic. Heat pan with little oil and add onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook for some time.
2.       Take it out from gas after some time and use blender. Make gravy of it by adding salt, sugar, chilli flakes, oregano, and vinegar.
3.       Mix the mixture of boiled potatoes, white sauce, salt, and black pepper powder. With the help of tool to you use to make noodles spread mixture in it and give shape of noodles.
4.       Spread butter in baking dish and then add gravy on it. Add half noodles we made just now and then add capsicum. Now add gravy. Then add remaining noodles and after that add capsicum. Now add remaining gravy on it. Spread grated cheese on it. Spread little drops of tomato ketchup.
5.       Then add small pieces of butter on it and put the capsicum ring in the middle.
6.       Put it in oven for 15 to 20 minutes and bake. Serve hot.

The yummy baked potato noodles are ready to eat.
