Hot and sour cabbage salad



Healthy recipe of hot and sour cabbage salad is here.

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped cabbage – 1

2.       Oil – 2 tsp.

3.       Black pepper – 12 to 15 pieces

4.       Green chilli – 2 pieces

5.       Salt to taste

6.       Brown sugar – 1 tsp.

7.       Soya sauce – 1 tsp.

8.       Vinegar – 3 tsp.

9.       Sesame oil – 1 tsp.

Process to make hot and sour cabbage salad:

1.       Heat nonstick pan with oil and add black pepper powder and green chilli. Cook for 1 minute.
2.       Add cabbage in it and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and brown sugar in it and cook for 1 minute.
3.       Now add soya sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in it and cook for 2 minutes.
4.       When all ingredients are mixed properly, serve hot!

Hot and sour cabbage salad is ready to eat.
