Vegetable momo

Momo is a Nepali recipe and normally meat is used as stuffing in momo but I am going to make vegetable stuffed momos. It is an Indian recipe!

Ingredients:

1.       Chopped French beans – 1 cup

2.       Chopped carrots – 1 cup

3.       Chopped cabbage – 1 cup

4.       Small chopped coriander – 2 tbsp.

5.       Green chilies – 2 pieces

6.       Refined flour (for stuffing) – 4 cup

7.       Salt to taste

8.       Soya sauce – ¼ cup

Method to make vegetable momo:

1.       First of all prepare refined flour for vegetable stuffing.
2.       Mix all the ingredients in bowl and make 10 equal parts of it.
3.       Now take refined flour and give it a small round shape.
4.       Add stuffing in each and give it a round shape with the help of momo casing or your hands.
5.       Heat pan with oil for deep frying and when the momo is golden brown, take it out for serving.

Serve vegetable momo with green chutney or sauce.
