Nuts Milkshake



Feel the taste of almond, pistachio nut (pista in Hindi), dates (khajoor in Hindi), walnut, elaichi powder (cardamom powder) in one milkshake! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

 
1.       Boiled milk – 1 glass

2.       Almonds – 8 to 10 pieces

3.       Pistachio nuts(pista) – 7 to 8

4.       Dates (Khajoor in Hindi) – 2

5.       Walnut – 2

6.       Elaichi powder (Cardamom Powder) – ½ tbsp.

7.       Sugar to taste

8.       Chocolate sauce to taste

Method:

1.       Grind sugar and nuts and mix sugar in it.
2.       Add 2 tbsp. from this mixture in the glass of milk.
3.       Put it in fridge for 30 minutes.
4.       Now add chocolate sauce in it.

The tasty and chilled nuts milkshake is ready!

Note: If you drink this milkshake after workout in summer then it is very good for health. You will feel energetic.
