Fruits Smoothie Drink

Experience the taste of fruits and get freshness in hot summer! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Grapes – 150 gram

2.       Chopped banana – 4 to 5 pieces

3.       Milk – 1 cup

4.       Chopped chikoo (sapodilla) – 2 to 3 pieces

5.       Apple – 1/2

6.       Fresh curd – ½ cup

7.       Crushed sugar as per requirement

8.       Ice cubes as per requirement

Method:

1.       Mix milk and curd well.
2.       Then add sugar and fruits in it and mix well.
3.       Put the mixture in fridge for 30 minutes.
4.       Add ice cubes in serving glass and serve fruit smoothie.

You can mix other seasonal fruits in this fruits smoothie drink!

Citrus Tea Punch



Refreshing citrus tea punch is a must try recipe! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Orange (sliced) – 1

2.       Lemon (thin slice) – 1

3.       Pineapple-Orange juice – 3 cup

4.       Tea bag – 2

5.       Sugar – 8 tbsp.

6.       Strawberry crushed – 10

7.       Ice cubes as per requirement

Method:

1.       Heat pan with 2 cup water and.
2.       Dip tea bags and add sugar in it. Boil it and pour it in bowl.
3.       Remove peel of 3 to 4 orange slices and crush it.
4.       Mix lemon juice and crushed fruits in the tea water. Mix well.
5.       Now add crushed ice in serving glass and mixture we made just now.
6.       Add pineapple-orange juice in it and mix well.
7.       Garnish your glass with thin slice of lemon if you want.

Green Fruity Iced Tea

Ingredients:


1.       Green tea bag – 8

2.       Apple – 1

3.       Peach – 1

4.       Orange – 1

5.       Ice cubes as per requirement

6.       Orange juice – 2 tbsp.

7.       Mango juice – 2 tbsp.

8.       Peach juice – 2 tbsp.

9.       Mint leaves for garnishing

Method:

1.       Take one bowl and add green tea bag in hot water. Dip tea bag for 1 minute and 30 seconds so it gets mixed well.
2.       Crush apple and peach. Cut two slices of orange.
3.       Take another bowl and add ice cubes, orange, peach, apple, orange juice, mango juice, and peach juice. Now add tea water. Mix well.
4.       Add mint leaves in it and mix well.
5.       Add ice cubes in serving glass and serve chilled!

Citrus Strawberry

Ingredients:


1.       Strawberry cubes – 12

2.       Orange juice – 2 cup

3.       Sugar – 2 tbsp.

4.       Corn flour – 1 tbsp.

5.       Pistachio (Pista in Hindi) – 2 tbsp.

Method:

1.       Heat non-stick pan and add strawberry cubes and orange juice in it. Cook till it becomes soft.
2.       Now add sugar in it and boil till sugar is melted.
3.       Purify the mixture and again boil it. Put strawberry aside.
4.       Now mix corn flour in it and make it thick.
5.       Serve strawberry in two serving glass and add pistachio in it.
6.       Then add corn flour mixture on it and put in fridge.

Serve when it is chilled!

Bread Bonda



Tasty and yummy bread bonda recipe is here for you! Try something delicious today and have fun with your family.

Ingredients:


1.       White bread slices – 12 slices

2.       Oil – 2 tbsp. and for deep frying as well

3.       Cumin seeds – 1 tsp.

4.       Ginger-chili paste – 3 tsp.

5.       Green peas (half crushed) – 3 and half cup

6.       Boiled potatoes mixture – 1 and half cup

7.       Turmeric powder – little

8.       Salt to taste

9.       Chopped coriander – ½ cup

10.   Red chilli powder – 2 tsp.

11.   Chaat Masala - 1 tsp.

Method:

1.       Heat non-stick pan with oil and add cumin seeds and ginger-chilli paste in it. Cook for some time.
2.       Now add green peas, potatoes mixture, turmeric powder, salt, coriander, red chilli, and chaat masala in it and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes.
3.       Now remove sides of bread and dip it in water. Push it with the help of your hands lightly. Remove water from bread and spread potato mixture in it. Make balls of it.
4.       Heat pan with oil for deep frying. Fry bread balls and fry till it becomes golden brown.
5.       When bread bonda is golden brown serve it in serving plate and eat with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Spinach Kofta Curry

Ingredients for spinach kofta

1.       Chopped Spinach – 2 and half cup

2.       Gram flour (Besan ka aata) – ¼ cup

3.       Salt to taste

4.       Cumin seeds – ½ tsp.

5.       Red chili powder – ½ tsp.

6.       Soda - little

7.       Oil for deep frying


For Gravy:

1.       Curd – 1 cup

2.       Gram flour – 2 tbsp.

3.       Cumin seeds – 1 tsp.

4.       Asafoetida – little

5.       Sweet Neem – 6 leaves

6.       Garlic cloves – 1 tsp.

7.       Onion – 1

8.       Salt to taste

9.       Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp.

10.   Oil – 1 tbsp.

11.   Turmeric powder – 1 tsp.

Method:

1.       Mix all the ingredients of kofta and make small balls of it. Fry in oil till it becomes golden brown. Put it aside.
2.       To make gravy add gram flour, curd, and water in a bowl. Mix well and make thick mixture.
3.       Heat pan with oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and sweet neem in it. Cook for 1 minute.
4.       Now add garlic cloves and onion in it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
5.       When onion becomes golden brown add gravy in it (thick mixture).
6.       Add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and turmeric powder in it. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
7.       When all ingredients are mixed well, add kofta in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve hot! Your delicious and yummy spinach kofta curry is ready to eat!
