Bundi and Pomegranate Raita



Have you ever tasted raita made of Bundi and pomegranate? No? Then you must try this out to have some change! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Bundi – ¾ cup
  2. Pomegranate – ¾ cup
  3. Curd (yogurt) – 1 ½ cup
  4. Cumin powder to taste
  5. Red chili powder to taste
  6. Salt to taste
Method:

  1. Add salt in curd and mix it well.
  2. Then add Bundi and pomegranate in it.
  3. Put the raita in fridge and add cumin powder and red chili powder at the time you serve.
  4. You can also add fresh leaves of coriander to make it tastier.

Banana raita



Have you ever tasted raita made of banana? It tastes so yummy! Want to make it today? Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Bananas – 2
  2. Curd – 2 cup
  3. Sugar – 2 tsp.
  4. Green chili paste – 1 tsp.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chopped coriander for garnishing
Method:

  1. Mix curd in a bowl.
  2. Chop bananas in round shape.
  3. Now add sugar, salt, and green chili paste in curd. Mix well.
  4. Then add chopped banana pieces in it. Mix well and put it in fridge.
  5. Take it out after sometime and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Hazelnut Custard



Have you ever tasted hazelnut custard? Let’s try to make it today and feel the change! Here is the recipe.
 
Ingredients:

  1. Hazelnut paste – 20 gram
  2. Milk – 50 ml.
  3. Dark Chocolate – 20 gram
  4. Fresh Cream – 75 ml.
  5. Sugar – 22 gram
Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 280 degree.
  2. Take one bowl and add milk, sugar, and fresh cream. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Now melt the dark chocolate and mix it with the hazelnut paste. Put it in a baking dish and bake properly.
  4. When custard becomes hard from upper side, take it out and serve after some time.
Your healthy and tasty hazelnut is ready to eat!
