Potato Onion Salad with Spinach



I love eating salads as it’s healthy and decreases calories. It adds fiber to the diet which reduces cholesterol and prevents from constipation. In addition, salads are good for your skin. After knowing the benefits of eating salads are you going to make one today?

Here, I have posted a salad recipe of potato onion salad with spinach. Follow the recipe.
  
Ingredients:

1.       Baby potatoes – 300 gram
2.       Onion – 100 gram
3.       Spinach – 1 bunch
4.       Olive oil – 4 tbsp.
5.       Curd – 1 cup
6.       Sugar – 1 tsp.
7.       Garlic clove (crushed) – 1 tbsp.
8.       Roasted peanuts – 10 to 15
9.       Black pepper (Crushed)

Method:

1.       Take 2 non-stick pans. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil in both. Then add potatoes in one and onion in other pan. Cook for a while.
2.       Take bowl and add curd in it. Mix well and put it aside.
3.       Add potatoes in a bowl when fired. Add spinach in the same pan and cook for a while.
4.       Add onions in potato bowl. Mix well.
5.       Now, put some spinach aside and add remaining in potato-onion mixture. Don’t forget to mix it well.
6.       Now add crushed black pepper, curd, and roasted peanuts. Mix it well and serve in serving plate.
7.       Garnish it with remaining spinach, 1 tbsp. olive oil, and 1 tsp. black pepper powder.
