You may have tasted many soups but have you ever tasted
or heard about pumpkin soup? No? Here is the recipe of Pumpkin soup.
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin – 3 cup
2. Butter – 1 tsp.
3. Chopped onion – 2 tbsp.
4. Corn flour – ½ tsp.
5. Milk – 1 cup
6. Grated carrot – ¼ cup
7. Spring onion – 2 tbsp.
8. Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat
nonstick pan with little oil and add chopped onion in it. Cook for a while.
2. Now
add chopped pumpkin in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add
4 cup water, black pepper powder, and salt in it. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
4. When
pumpkin is boiled properly, crush it in mixture. After that add it in a bowl.
Then add corn flour and milk in it. Mix well.
5. Garnish
soup with carrot and spring onion when it becomes thick.
