Ingredients:
- Soya Granuels (Soaked in water) - 2 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Chopped onion - 2 cup
- Chopped tomatoes - 2 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp.
- Fresh sprigs of coriander - 2 tbsp.
- Water as per requirement
Method:
- Drain water from soya granuels and keep it aside for sometime.
- Heat pan with oil and add mustard seeds and fennel seeds in it. Cook for a while.
- Add onion and cook till it becomes slight pink.
- Now add tomatoes and cook for a while. Then add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add soya granuels in it and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes and then add grated coconut. Mix well and cook for a while.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
