Ingredients:
Fresh corn – 8 to 10 pieces
Boiled potatoes – 4
Pieces of bread – as per requirement
Green chilies – 4
Fresh coriander leaves – as per requirement
Small piece of ginger
Salt to taste
Chili powder – half tsp.
Turmeric powder – Half tsp.
Oil to fry
Corn Flour – 400 gram
Method:
- Wash corn with fresh water and crush it.
- Mash boiled potatoes and put it aside. Add bread pieces in it and mix well.
- Add all ingredients in it. Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, ginger, and chili in it.
- After that, give it a round shape.
- Take one bowl and add corn flour in it. Now add water in it and make a thick mixture of it.
- Add salt and red chili powder in that mixture.
- Now heat pan with oil and deep fry round shaped cutlets.
- Your delicious and crispy corn cutlet is ready to serve! You can serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
