Minty Orange Drink



Want freshness in this hot summer? Here is the recipe to make minty orange drink.

Ingredients:


1.       Orange – 3

2.       Juice of lemon – 2 tsp.

3.       Soda – 1 bottle

4.       Vanilla Ice-Cream – 1 scoop

5.       Few fresh mint leaves

6.       Crushed sugar – 2 tbsp.

Method:

1.       Remove peel of orange and take out the pulp of it.
2.       Add sugar and juice of lemon in it.
3.       Chop mint leaves in small pieces.
4.       Gather orange pulp, mint leaves, and vanilla ice-cream.  Prepare pulp of it.
5.       Add soda in it. Serve it in serving glass.

It’s ready to serve!

Khajoor (Dates) Shake



Try out the khajoor (Dates) shake today. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.       Milk – 3 cup
2.       Khajoor (Dates) – 12
3.       Cashew (Kaju in Hindi) – 3 to 4
4.       Ilaichi (Cardamom) – 2
5.       Ice cubes – 1 cup
6.       Vanilla ice-cream – 1 cup

Method:

1.       Wash khajoor (Dates) properly and chop it in small pieces.
2.       Chop cashew in small pieces.
3.       Crush ilaichi (Cardamom) and make powder.
4.       Take 1 and half cup milk and mix it in khajoor (Dates). Mix it in mixture grinder. Crush till the khajoor (Dates) are mixed well.
5.       Now add now add ilaichi (cardamom) in remaining water and mix.
6.       Mix this mixture in khajoor (dates) shake and mix it in mixture.
7.       Add ice cubes and vanilla ice-cream in it and serve.

Citrus Fruit Juice



Want something chilled in this summer? Here is the recipe to make citrus fruit juice that will give you freshness.

Ingredients:

 
1.       Guava – 2

2.       Juice glass and water – 1

3.       Indian gooseberry (Amla In Hindi) – 4

4.       Lemon – 1

5.       Sugar – 2 tbsp.

6.       Salt to taste

7.       Cumin seeds powder – 1 tbsp.

8.       Few fresh mint leaves

Method:

1.       Wash guava properly and chop.
2.       Grate Indian gooseberry and add salt. Blend it and then add sugar in it.
3.       After that prepare juice and add cumin seeds powder in it.

Juice is ready to serve!

NOTE: Wash all fruits and put in fridge so the juice will be chilled and fresh. If you put the juice in fridge then vitamin C will be reduced by time.
