Fried paneer roti roll



The yummy and delicious fry paneer roti roll recipe is here for you!

Ingredients:

1.       Pieces of paneer – 1 cup
2.       Chopped onion – 2
3.       Sweet corn – 2 tbsp.
4.       Chopped green chili – 3 to 4
5.       Chopped tomatoes – 1
6.       Garlic – 6 to 7 pieces
7.       Turmeric powder (haldi powder) – 1 tbsp.
8.       Red chili powder – 1 tbsp.
9.       Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp.
10.   Green chili sauce – 1 tbsp.
11.   Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
12.   Thai rice paper – 10 to 12
13.   Cumin (Jeera) – 1 tbsp.
14.   Salt – as per requirement
15.   Oil – as per requirement

How to make these yummy rolls?

1.       Take one pan and add oil and cumin (Jeera) in it. When cumin is fried add onion, garlic, and green chili to fry.
2.       Then add turmeric (haldi) and salt in it and leave it for 4 to 5 minutes.
3.       Now add tomatoes, red chili powder, sweet corn, tomato sauce, and green chili sauce in it and mix it well. Leave it for 2 to 3 minutes.
4.       After that add paneer cubes in it and leave it for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add lemon juice and put this mixture aside.
5.       Put the Thai rice papers in water for 5 seconds and then put it on clean cloth so it will become soft.
6.       Now add the mixture in the center of the Thai paper. Cover it with another Thai paper and make a roll of it and seal it. Do the same for all rolls.
7.       Now take a pan to fry the rolls in it.

The delicious fried paneer roti rolls are ready to serve!
