Macaroni with green sauce



Learn to make delicious macaroni with green sauce. Here is the recipe for you.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled macaroni (elbow shaped)– 1 cup

2.       Spinach and green chili

3.       Chopped onion – 1 tbsp.

4.       Salt – as per requirement

5.       Black pepper powder – as per requirement

6.       Sugar – ½ tbsp.

7.       White sauce – 1 cup

8.       Grated cheese – 3 tbsp.

9.       Butter – 1 tbsp.

10.   Tomato ketchup – as per requirement

11.   Chopped capsicum (fried in oil) – as per requirement

Process of making macaroni with green sauce:

1.       Chop spinach with big pieces. Take pan and add butter on it with chopped onion.
2.       Then add spinach and green chili in it. Add salt in it let it boil for few minutes.
3.       When it becomes soft take it out and put it aside. When it is chilled crush it.
4.       Add white sauce, salt as per requirement, black pepper powder, and grated cheese 1 tbsp. in boiled macaroni.
5.       Spread butter in baking tray and then spread spinach puree on it. After that add macaroni and some cheese on it. Spread 3 to 4 slices of butter on it.
6.       Spread tomato ketchup on it. Put chopped capsicum slices on it. Now put the tray in oven and bake it for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes take it out and serve hot! Your yummy macaroni with green sauce is ready to eat!
