Spaghetti cutlets



The crispy and spicy delicious spaghetti cutlets look so mouthwatering! Here is the recipe for you.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled spaghetti – 1 cup

2.       Boiled potato – 1

3.       Boiled peas – 2 tbsp.

4.       Chopped carrot (boiled) – 2 tbsp.

5.       Bread slices – 1

6.       Paneer – 1 tbsp.

7.       Grated toast

8.       Salt – as per requirement

9.       Chopped ginger and chili

10.   Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp.

11.   Oil for frying and tomato ketchup to serve

12.   Corn flour – 3 tbsp.

13.   Water

How you will make these cutlets?

1.       Make mixture of boiled potato chopped carrot, and peas.
2.       Gather boiled spaghetti, paneer, and mixture of boiled potato, chopped carrot, and peas. Then add salt, ginger-chili, and coriander. Mix it well.
3.       Put bread slices in water and then remove it. Mix it well.
4.       Give shape of cutlets by adding mixture in bread.
5.       Add water in corn flour and make it thick. Now before frying cutlet add it in corn flour mixture. Spread the cutlets in grated toast powder. Shallow fry the cutlets on non-stick.

Serve it with tomato ketchup.
