Mushroom corn masala



Yummy mushroom and corn masala recipe is here for you!

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped mushrooms – 250 gram

2.       Boiled corn – 150 gram

3.       Chopped capsicum – 1

4.       Chopped onion – 3

5.       Chopped tomatoes – 250 gram

6.       Ginger – 1

7.       Green chilli – 2

8.       Chopped coriander – 1 tsp.

9.       Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

10.   Garlic paste – 1

11.   Red chilli – 1 tsp.

12.   Salt to taste

13.   Ghee (butter milk) – ½ cup

Method to make this tasty dish:

1.       Put little ghee (butter milk) in pan and add chopped onion and garlic paste in it. Stir it till it becomes golden brown.
2.       Add chopped tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, red chilli, and chopped mushroom. Mix well.
3.       Then add salt, capsicum, lemon juice and bake for 1 minute.
4.       When mushroom is soft garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve hot. Enjoy eating delicious Indian food – mushroom and corn masala.
