Spring Roll



Want to eat something delicious? Here is the recipe to make tasty spring roll. Try it now.

Ingredients:

1.       Spring roll sheet – 20 rolls

2.       Grated cabbage – ¾ cup

3.       Grated carrot – ½ cup

4.       Chopped onion (small pieces) – ¼ cup

5.       Green beans – ½ cup

6.       Boiled noodles – ½ cup

7.       Chopped garlic (small pieces) – 2 tsp.

8.       Ginger paste – 1 tsp.

9.       Soya sauce – 2 tsp.

10.   Oil – 1 tsp.

11.   Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp.

12.   Oil to fry – 2 cup

13.   Salt to taste

Process to make spring roll:

1.       Add little oil in pan and add ginger paste, chopped garlic, green beans, chopped onion, and grated carrot and stir for 30 seconds. Then add soya sauce and mix well.
2.       Now add salt, black pepper powder, and grated cabbage. Stir for some time. Add noodles and take this mixture out in a bowl.
3.       Take spring roll sheet and add 1 spoon mixture we made just now. Make roll and seal it.
4.       Make preparation to fry rolls. Fry spring rolls and serve hot with chili sauce!
