Noodles coconut curry



Noodles, favorite food item of all. Let’s try out something different with noodles. Here is the recipe to make noodles coconut curry.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled noodles – 1 bowl

2.       Green gram (mung) – 4 tsp.

3.       Chopped carrots (small pieces) – 2 tsp.

4.       Green beans (fansi) – 2 tsp.

5.       Boiled peas – 2 tsp.

6.       Pea nuts (make very small pieces) – 1 tsp.

7.       Salt to taste

8.       Chopped coriander – 1 tsp.

9.       Green tea – 4 strip

10.   Small onion – 1

11.   Garlic – 4 pieces

12.   Grated ginger – 1 tsp.

13.   Dry red chilli – 2

14.   Coriander powder – 1 tsp.

15.   Coconut milk – ½ cup

16.   Tamarind thick juice – 1 tsp.

17.   Sugar – 1tsp.

18.    Oil – 2 tsp.

Process to make yummy noodles coconut curry:

1.       Mix chopped onion, garlic, coriander, grated ginger, and coriander powder. Make powder of dry red chilli and mix in it. Spread little water on it, mash it, and make masala paste of it.
2.       Add green gram, green beans, and chopped carrots in boiling water. Let the water wipe out.
3.       Add pea nuts, tamarind juice, sugar, green tea strips, and paste (paste that we made in 1st step) in coconut milk. Boil on slow gas.
4.       Add salt and stir continuously. Take it out when it becomes thick.
5.       Put oil on pan and add green gram mixture (2nd step) on it and stir for some time. Add salt as per requirement.
6.       Add noodles and masala coconut milk in it and serve hot!
