Paneer, potato, and corn toast


Yummy food! Make delicious food at home with our easy to make recipes. Here is the recipe of paneer, potato, and corn toast.

Ingredients:


1.       Bread slices – 16 slices

2.       Butter  for greasing

3.       Sweet chilli sauce to serve

Ingredients for topping

1.       Crushed paneer – ½ cup
2.       Boiled potatoes – ½ cup
3.       Boiled sweet corn – ½ cup
4.       Milk – ¾ cup
5.       Green chilli – 1 tsp.
6.       Salt to taste
7.       Corn flour – 2 tsp.
8.       Crushed cheese – 2 cup
9.       Chopped coriander – 2 tsp.

Process to make potato, paneer, and corn toast:

1.       Mix all the ingredients of topping except chopped coriander and stir for 4 to 5 minutes in pan.
2.       After that add chopped coriander in it and stir for 2 minute.
3.       Cut the bread slices in round shape with the help of cutter.
4.       Put this bread slices in greasing baking tray. Put it in preheat oven for 8 to 10 minutes or bake till it becomes golden brown.
5.       Now add topping mixture on bread slices and cheese. Bake it for 5 to 7 minutes in oven at 200 degree. Serve it with sweet chilli sauce!
