Chinese balls



Tired of eating same food items every day? Try this new delicious and yummy recipe of chines balls at your home and enjoy with your family.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled potatoes – 3

2.       French beans – 5 to 7

3.       Boiled green peas – ½ cup

4.       Green chilli – 2

5.       Capsicum – 1

6.       Ajinomoto – ½ tbsp.

7.       Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp.

8.       Soya sauce – 2 tbsp.

9.       Refined flour – ½ cup

10.   Oil – 3 tbsp.

11.   Bread crumbs – 1 cup

12.   Salt to taste

13.   Oil to deep fry

Method to make Chinese balls:

1.       Mash potatoes properly.
2.       Cut French beans and capsicum into small pieces.
3.       Heat pan with 3 tbsp. oil and add chopped vegetables. Fry it.
4.       Then add Ajinomoto in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
5.       Now add mashed potatoes, green chilli, red chilli powder, soya sauce, and salt in it. Mix well.
6.       Make small balls of this mixture.
7.       Now add 1 cup water in refined flour and make mixture.
8.       Mix balls in refined flour once and then mix it in bread crumbs so it is coated with refined flour and bread crumbs and ready to fry.
9.       Fry it and put balls in serving dish when it becomes golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Crispy and mouthwatering Chinese balls are ready to eat!
