Vegetable diet salad



Salad is very good for health. Always prefer salad while eating dinner. It is good to eat light food in dinner. Let’s try this new recipe of vegetable diet salad. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Potatoes – 3 to 4

2.       Onion – 1

3.       Cabbage – 100 gram

4.       Cucumber – 1

5.       Carrot – 1

6.       Broccoli – 4 cup

7.       Tomatoes – 2

8.       Green chilli – 2

9.       Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

10.   Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp.

11.   Salt to taste

12.   Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp.

Method to make vegetable diet salad:

1.       Boil potatoes and then remove peel of it.
2.       Cut potatoes in 4 pieces equally.
3.       Mix half potatoes, onion, cabbage, cucumber, broccoli, tomatoes, and green chilli in a bowl.
4.       Then add salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and lemon juice. Mix well.
5.       Now garnish it with chopped coriander.

Enjoy eating healthy vegetable diet salad at home.
