Another healthy soup recipe is here for you. Combination
of garlic, spinach, and chickpea makes it so delicious.
Ingredients:
1. Garlic – 2 pieces
2. Chopped Spinach – 2 bunch
3. Boiled Chickpea – 2 cup
4. Oil – 1 tbsp.
5. Chopped onion – 1 onion
6. Salt to taste
7. Cumin seeds powder – ½ tbsp.
8. Vegetable stalk – 2 cup
Method to make
this tasty soup:
1.
Heat pan with oil and add garlic cloves & chopped
onion. Cook for some time.

Add chopped spinach, cumin seeds powder, chickpea,
and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
3.
Now add 1 cup vegetable stalk in it and mix
well. Cook for 2 minutes.
4.
When vegetable stalk is cold add remaining 1 cup
vegetable stalk in grinder and blend it.
5.
Then heat pan and put the soup in it.
6.
When soup is hot it is ready to serve!
