Chinese Style Vegetable



Tired of eating the same food items every day? Try out this Chinese style vegetable today to change your taste. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.       Potatoes (medium size) – 4
2.       Green onion – 2
3.       Capsicum (small) – 1
4.       Corn flour – 2 tsp.
5.       Salt to taste
6.       Cloves of garlic – 5
7.       Fresh Ginger (half)
8.       Green chili – 1
9.       Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp.
10.   Soya sauce – 1 tsp.
11.   Chili sauce – half tsp.
12.   Oil – 3 tsp.

Method:

1.       Boil potatoes and keep it slight hard. Remove peel of it and make slices. Remove peel of green onions and chop into pieces. Take the green part of onion when you chop. Chop capsicum in ring shape.
2.       Mix corn flour in half cup water and add ketchup, chilli sauce, and soya sauce in it.
3.       Chop garlic cloves in small pieces. Grate ginger. Chop green chili into small pieces.
4.       Heat pan with oil and add chopped vegetables. Cook for some time.
5.       Heat another pan with 1 tsp. oil and add garlic, ginger, and chili. Then add corn flour mixture in it. Mix well and add salt.
6.       Cook for some time and its ready to serve!

Colourful Potato Pie

Ingredients:

1.       Boiled potato – 4
2.       Red, Green, and Yellow Capsicum – 1 each
3.       Paneer – 2 tbsp.
4.       White sauce – 2 tbsp.
5.       Salt and black pepper powder to taste
6.       Chopped green chili (small pieces) – 1 tbsp.
7.       Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp.
8.       Butter – 1 tsp.
9.       Grated cheese – 2 tbsp.
10.   Crushed toast
11.   Grated carrot – 1 tbsp.

Method:

1.       Remove peel of potato and add grated paneer.
2.       Add salt, black pepper, and grated cheese in white sauce. Spread white sauce in a dish.
3.       Add grated carrot on it and then capsicum.
4.       Add remaining cheese on it and put it in oven.
5.       Make small square pieces of it and serve with tomato ketchup.

Potato and Green Gram Burger



Yummy! I love trying variety in burgers. Well, we eat burgers in restaurants and are our favorite as well. Right? However, here I have added recipe to make potato and green gram burger that is healthy and delicious as well. Kids will love this recipe and it is nutritious as well. Follow the recipe to enjoy at home with your family and especially kids!

Ingredients:

1.       Burger bun (small size) – 2
2.       Butter – as per requirement
3.       Grated cheese – 2 cubes
4.       Apple slices – 1
5.       Juice of lemon – 1 tbsp.

For Tikki:

1.       Boiled potatoes – 2
2.       Green gram – ½ cup
3.       Butter – 1 tbsp.
4.       Salt to taste
5.       Chopped onion (small pieces) – 1
6.       Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp.
7.       Roasted cumin seeds powder – ½ tsp.
8.       Garam masala – ½ tsp.
9.       Bread slices (wet) – as per requirement

Method:

1.       Boil green gram in ¼ cup water.
2.       When it is boiled heat pan with 1 tbsp. butter and add chopped onion.
3.       Now add boiled green gram in it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Take it out from gas and put aside for some time.
4.       Now add mashed potatoes, garam masala, cumin seeds powder, grated cheese, tomato ketchup, and salt in green gram mixture. Mix well.
5.       Make tikki according to shape of bun. Put it in fridge for whole night. Heat pan with oil in the morning and cut burger from middle to put ingredients in it.
6.       Spread butter on both sides of burger. Roast on pan and then add tikki on one side of burger. Cut apple into round shape and spread juice of lemon on it.

The tasty and mouthwatering potato and green gram burger is ready to eat! Eat with tomato ketchup!

Mango Margarita



Try out chilled mango margarita in hot summer today and feel the freshness. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

 
1.       Mangoes – 4 (Remove peel and chop into small pieces)

2.       Pulp of mango – 1 cup

3.       Ice cubes as per requirement

4.       Juice of lemon – 3 tbsp.

5.       Salt to taste

Method:

1.       Blend mango pieces into blender for 5 minutes.
2.       Then add mango pulp, ice cubes, and 2 tbsp. juice of lemon in it. Blend again for 2 to 3 minutes.
3.       Serve in serving glass and enjoy the refreshment.

Mango Strawberry Juice



Its season of mangoes and everyone loves mango! Do you? Here is the recipe to make mango strawberry juice.

Ingredients:


1.       Chilled milk – 2 cup

2.       Mango pieces – 1 cup

3.       Strawberry jam – 2 tsp.

4.       Crushed sugar – 2 tsp.

5.       Strawberry – 2 to 3

6.       Ice cubes as per requirement

Method:

1.       Add mango pieces, strawberry jam, and crushed sugar in chilled milk. Blend it with the help of blender.
2.       Put this mixture in fridge for 20 to 25 minutes.
3.       Transfer the mixture n glass.
4.       Decorate glass with strawberry pieces and add ice cubes in it.

Chilled mango strawberry juice is ready to serve!
