Apricot Jam



Change your taste and mood with this yummy apricot jam recipe. Make it at home and enjoy eating it with your family.

Ingredients:


1.       Apricot – 250 gram

2.       Citric acid – ½ tsp.

3.       Water – 2 cup

4.       Yellow color – 1 drop

5.       Orange color – 1 drop

Method:

1.       Boil apricot in water till it becomes soft.
2.       Then add sugar in it and cook till the sugar is mixed in it.
3.       Now add citric acid in it and cook till the jam is set.
4.       When jam is set add yellow and orange colour in it. Cook for 1 minute.
5.       Pack the jam in airtight jar.

Serve it and enjoy with your family.
