Baked Vegetable Risotto



Tired of eating same food items every day? Here is the recipe of baked vegetable risotto. It will change your taste and mood as well.

Ingredients:


1.       Cooked brown rice – 2 and half cup

2.       Capsicum (red, yellow, and green) – ½ cup

3.       Chopped onion – ¼ cup

4.       Chopped mushroom – ¼ cup

5.       Milk – 1 and half cup

6.       Fresh cream – 3 tbsp.

7.       Cheese – half cup

8.       Butter – 2 tbsp.

9.       Salt to taste

10.   Black pepper powder – ½ tsp.

Method:

1.       Heat nonstick pan with butter and onion in it. Cook till onion becomes golden brown.
2.       Then add capsicum and mushroom. Cook for some time.
3.       When mushroom and capsicum is soft add brown rice, cream, and ¼ cup cheese. Cook for some time.
4.       Add this mixture in baking tray and spread butter before adding it.
5.       Spread cheese on the mixture. Put it in pre-heated oven at 200 degree for 15 minutes.
6.       Take it out from oven after 15 minutes and serve hot.

The tasty baked vegetable risotto is ready to eat!
