Pineapple Raita

The Indian food recipe of pineapple raita is here for you. Make it at home and enjoy eating this delicious raita with your family.

Ingredients:

1.       Pineapple – 1 cup
2.       Curd – 2 cup
3.       Cumin seeds powder – ½ tsp.
4.       Green chilli – ½ tsp.
5.       Sugar – 1 tsp.
6.       Chopped fresh coriander – 1 tsp.
7.       Black pepper powder – 1 tsp.
8.       Salt to taste


Method:

1.       Add cumin powder, sugar, and salt in curd. Mix well.
2.       Now add green chili and pineapple pieces.
3.       Put it in fridge. It is ready to serve when chilled.
