Thai Vegetables in Lettuce Leaf

Something new today! Here is the recipe to make Thai vegetables in lettuce leaf.

Ingredients:

1.       Fresh spring onion (Diagonally Sliced) – 8

2.       Fresh Button Mushrooms (Thinly Sliced) – 8

3.       Zucchinis (Thinly Sliced) – 2

4.       Red Capsicum (Thin Strips) – 1

5.       Grated fresh carrot – 1

6.       Bean Sprouts – 1 cup

7.       Sugar – 1 tsp.

8.       Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

9.       Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp.

10.   Sweet chilli sauce – 1 tsp.

11.   Roasted and crushed peanuts – ¼ cup

12.   Iceberg Lettuce – 8 leaves

13.   Salt to taste

Instructions:

1.       Gather spring onion, mushroom, zucchinis, red capsicum, carrot, and bean sprouts in a bowl. Mix it well.
2.       Now add salt, sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and roasted & crushed peanuts in it. Mix it well.
3.       Then Shape each iceberg lettuce into a cup and add salad in it.
4.       It is ready to serve!
