Fresh Fruit Yogurt


Yogurt has power boosting protein and bone-building calcium. It can help you lose weight give you a flat abs. a cup of yogurt a day helps you to improve faster after a workout. It prevents high blood pressure. Moreover, a daily cup of yogurt keeps cold away from you.

These are the health benefits of yogurt. Let’s have it with some fresh fruits. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.       Fresh Strawberry – 5 to 6
2.       Pomegranate – 2 tbsp.
3.       Cherry – 8 to 10 pieces
4.       Apple – 1
5.       Mango – 1
6.       Pineapple – 2 cup
7.       Banana – 3
8.       Cashew nut – 3 to 4
9.       Curd – 2 cup
10.   Sugar – 2 tbsp.

Instructions:

1.       Wash all fruits and cut them into big pieces.
2.       Now mix all fruits and put in fridge for some time.
3.       Make slices of cashew nut and add curd and sugar in it. Stir the mixture until the sugar is melted.
4.       Now mix all fruits in this mixture and mix well.
5.       Garnish it with slices of cashew-nut.

Your fresh fruit yogurt is ready to serve!
