Ingredients:
- Green tomatoes - 1 Kg.
 - Sugar - 750 Gram
 - Juice of lemon - 4 tbsp.
 
Method:
- Wash green tomatoes with fresh water and boil it.
 - Add sugar in boiled tomatoes and keep it aside for 12 hours.
 - Cook it for 30 minutes on next day.
 - Stir it slowly for best results.
 - Pack it in airtight jar when jam is set.
