Mushroom Brown Rice

Brown rice is whole grain rice and it is more nutritious than white rice. Let’s make it tastier by adding mushroom brown rice. Here is the recipe to make mushroom brown rice.

Ingredients:
  1. Brown rice – 1 and half cup
  2. Lemon grass – 3 tbsp.
  3. Spring onion – ¼ cup
  4. Capsicum – ¼ cup
  5. Green chilies – 1 tsp.
  6. Paprika – 1 tsp.
  7. Olive oil – 1 tsp.
  8. Salt to taste
For fried mushroom:
  1. Mushroom – 4 cup
  2. Spring onion – ½ cup
  3. Garlic cloves – 2 tsp.
  4. Green capsicum – ¼ cup
  5. Red capsicum – ¼ cup
  6. Yellow capsicum – ¼ cup
  7. Juice of lemon – ½ tsp.
  8. Corn flour – 1 tsp.
  9. Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp.
  10. Oil – 1 tsp.
  11. Dried chilli – 3
  12. Thai ginger – 2 tsp.
  13. Sugar – 1 tsp.
  14. Water – 2 tbsp.
  15. Sat to taste
Method:
  1. Heat pan with oil and add spring onion, garlic, and capsicum. Cook for a while.
  2. Now add dried chilli, Thai ginger, sugar, and juice of lemon in it. Cook for 1 minute and then add mushroom and some water.
  3. Add corn flour and chopped coriander in it when mushroom is soft.
  4. Before you serve, heat pan with oil and add mushroom in it. Cook for a while and mix brown rice in it. Mix it and put it aside.
  5. Garnish your delicious mushroom brown rice with spring onions.
