Noodles & Paneer Rolls



Try out this delicious Noodles & Paneer Rolls. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled noodles – 1 small bowl

2.       Paneer – 2 tsp. (homemade)

3.       Chopped Green onion (small pieces) – 4 tsp.

4.       Chopped coriander (small pieces) – 1 tsp.

5.       Soya sauce – 1 tsp.

6.       Oil – 1 tsp.

7.       Refined flour – 1 ½ small bowl

8.       Oil – 2 tsp.

9.       Salt to taste

10.   Oil to fry

11.   Refined flour paste

12.   Tomato ketchup to serve


Process to make these yummy rolls:

1.       Add salt and oil in refined flour and make mixture.
2.       Heat pan with 1 tsp. oil and add capsicum & green onion. Then after sometime add paneer, green chilli, and soya sauce. Add boiled noodles and stir carefully so the ingredients are mixed well.
3.       With the refined flour make round, thin, and big chapatti. In the middle of chapatti add the mixture of noodles we made.
4.       Fold the chapatti from both sides. With the use of refined flour paste cover the sides of roll. Make all rolls with this method only.
5.       Heat pan with oil and fry rolls till it becomes slight pink. After frying put it on paper napkin.

And your Noodles & Paneer Rolls are ready to serve! Serve it with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup! Enjoy eating.

Noodles with colorful capsicum



Yummy noodles are a favorite item of all. Here is the recipe of making noodles with colorful capsicum.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled noodles – 1 ½ small bowl

2.       Onion – 1

3.       Tomato – 1

4.       Red, green, yellow capsicum – 1 piece each (small size)

5.       Salt to taste

6.       Garlic – 2

7.       Chopped green chilli (small pieces) – 2 tsp.

8.       Sugar – 1 tsp.

9.       Soya sauce – 2 tsp.

10.   Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp.

11.   Vinegar – ½ tsp.

12.   Oil – 2 tsp.

 
Process to make noodles with colorful capsicum:

1.       Chop onion in small pieces. Make small pieces of each capsicum. Make mixture of garlic.
2.       Heat pan with adding little oil on it. Add onion and cook it for few minutes till it becomes slight red. After some time add capsicum and cook it. Then add red chilli and garlic.
3.       When capsicum becomes soft add salt, soya sauce, sugar, tomato, ketchup, and vinegar. Stir carefully.
4.       Add noodles and mix it properly. Take it out in a bowl and your delicious noodles with colorful capsicum is ready to serve!

Serve hot to enjoy eating noodles.

Macaroni Soup with Tomato



Try out the yummy macaroni soup with tomato today. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled macaroni – ¼ cup

2.       Chopped tomatoes – 2

3.       Butter – 1 tsp.

4.       Garlic – 1 tsp.

5.       Chopped onion – 1

6.       Tomato puree – 4 tsp.

7.       Vegetable stock – 5 cup

8.       Salt to taste

9.       Black pepper powder – ½ tsp.

Process to make this tasty soup:

1.       Heat butter in nonstick pan and add garlic, onion, and tomato. Cook for some time.
2.       Then add tomato puree, vegetable stock, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix it well and cook for 15 minutes.
3.       Now add boiled macaroni and mix well.

Your macaroni soup with tomato is ready to serve.
