Mexican salad



Salad is a famous ready to eat dish prepared of different ingredients. Most of the people like to eat salads. It is best served chilled or at adequate temperature. Here is new type of salad and I guarantee you are going to love it.

Ingredients:


1.       Spring Onion – 1 cup

2.       Sweet corn – 1 cup

3.       Boiled red kidney beans (Rajma) – 1 cup

4.       Paneer cubes – 1 cup

5.       Chopped coriander (Kothmir) – ¼ cup

6.       Tomatoes – 4

7.       Capsicum – 1

8.       Oil – 1 tbsp.

9.       Salt – as per requirement

10.   Chopped onion – ¼ cup

11.   Red chilli – ½ tbsp.

12.   Brown sugar – as per requirement

13.   Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

14.   Dried oregano – 2 tbsp.

15.   Chili flakes – 1 tbsp.

How you will make this dish?

-          Take 4 tomatoes and boil it. After that remove the peel of tomatoes and crush it.
-          Combine all the ingredients of salad in one bowl and mix it properly.
-          Add the chili flakes, dried oregano, and lemon juice in the mixture and mix it well.
-          Your Mexican salad is ready to serve!

Ingredients:


1.       Noodles – ½ cup

2.       Green chilli – 2

3.       Sweet corn – ½ cup

4.       Spring onion – 2

5.       Tomato ketchup – 3 tbsp.

6.       Bread crumb – ½ cup

7.       Grated cheese – ½ cup

8.       Salt – as per requirement

9.       Bread crumbs for coating

10.   Black pepper powder – as per requirement

11.   Oil

How to make this delicious dish?

-          Take a bowl and add noodles, sweet corn, green chilli, spring onion, tomato ketchup, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper powder and mix well.
-          Now divide the mixture in 12 equal parts and then give it a shape of cutlet. Mix it with bread crumbs and then fry it in oil.
-          When the cutlet becomes golden brown, your dish is ready and you can serve it with ketchup or green chutney.

Soybean cutlet



Soybean is the combination of protein and calcium. It is good for health and when mixed with vegetables it makes food more delicious. Soybean is one of the few plants that offer a complete protein as it has 8 amino acids vital for human health.  Here we will learn to make soybean cutlet in few easy steps.

Ingredients:

1.       Boiled potato – 2
2.       Green chili – 2
3.       Ginger (adrak)– 1
4.       Soybean – 2 cup
5.       Red chili – ¼ tbsp
6.       Garam masala – ¼ tbsp
7.       Coriander (kothmir) – 1 tbsp
8.       Mint (fudino) – 1 tbsp
9.       Salt – as per requirement
10.   Bread crumbs – 1 cup
11.   Oil – 2 tbsp

How to make soybean cutlet?

-          Take a bowl and soak soybeans for half hour in hot water.
-          Gather all the ingredients in one bowl except bread crumbs and oil.
-          Mix the soybeans and bread crumbs and mix it well. Divide the mixture and give shape of cutlet.
-          Now, take a nonstick pan and put little oil on it. Then cook each cutlet till they turn brown and crisp form all the sides of it.
-          Your delicious soybean cutlet is ready to serve! You can eat it with tomato sauce or green chatni.

Note: this recipe serves 5 to 6 cutlets. Time duration to prepare soybean cutlet ingredients is 15 minutes and 20 minutes for cooking.

Paneer roll salad

1.       Mayonnaise – ½ cup
2.       Chapatti (rotli or roti) – 4
3.       Hot and sour sauce – 2 tbsp
4.       Chopped cabbage – ½ cup
5.       Chopped carrots – ½ cup
6.       Salt – as per requirement

Ingredients for making paneer roll:

1.       Boiled corn – ½ cup
2.       Boiled potatoes – 1 cup
3.       Grated paneer – ½ cup
4.       Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
5.       Green chili – 2
6.       Lemon – 2 tbsp
7.       Bread crumbs – 2 to 3 tbsp
8.       Salt – as per requirement
9.       Oil for cooking – as per requirement
10.   Garam masala – ¼ tbsp.

How to make paneer roll salad?

-          To make paneer roll take bowl and add all ingredients in it. Mix it well and divide in four parts to make rolls.
-          Now take a nonstick pan and put rolls till they turn golden brown using little oil.
-          Gather all the ingredients of salad in another bowl and mix it. Divide it in four parts and put it in fridge.
-          Now, take one chapatti (Roti) in plate and prepare a layer of hot and sour sauce.
-          Then add the mixture of salad on chapatti and also paneer roll. Roll the chapatti tightly.
-          Now, out this roll in oven or grill sandwich maker by making a very thin layer of oil on rolls. Serve the hot paneer rolls!

Note: This recipe serves 4 to 5 paneer roll salad. It takes 20 minutes for cooking.
