Ingredients:

Boiled potato – 2

Green chili – 2
3.
Ginger (adrak)– 1
4.
Soybean – 2 cup
5.
Red chili – ¼ tbsp
6.
Garam masala – ¼ tbsp
7.
Coriander (kothmir) – 1 tbsp
8.
Mint (fudino) – 1 tbsp
9.
Salt – as per requirement
10.
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
11.
Oil – 2 tbsp
How to make soybean
cutlet?

Take a bowl and soak soybeans for half hour in
hot water.

Gather all the ingredients in one bowl except bread
crumbs and oil.

Mix the soybeans and bread crumbs and mix it
well. Divide the mixture and give shape of cutlet.

Now, take a nonstick pan and put little oil on it.
Then cook each cutlet till they turn brown and crisp form all the sides of it.

You can eat it with tomato sauce or green chatni.
