Baby corn and Mushroom salad



Another salad recipe is here for you! Salads can be very healthy and satisfying meals. The best thing about salad is it is very easy to make and takes less time for preparation. Here is the recipe for you.


Ingredients:



1.       Baby corn – 250 gram

2.       Button mushroom – 250 gram

3.       Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp.

4.       Sweet chili sauce – 2 tbsp.

5.       Soya sauce – 2 tbsp.

6.       Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

7.       Salt – as per requirement

8.       Sugar – 1 tbsp.

9.       Chopped red chili – 2 pieces

10.   Tomatoes (chopped long and thin slices) – 2

11.   Spring onion (with leafs) – 3 to 4

How to make this salad?

1.       Take one nonstick pan and add water in it. Add baby corn and mushroom in it and leave it for 2 minutes to boil. After that take it out and put it aside.
2.       Take one bowl and add ginger garlic paste, sweet chili sauce, soya sauce, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and red chili. Mix it well.
3.       Then add tomatoes and spring onion in it. Mix it properly.
4.       Now cut the baby corn and mushroom in cross and add it in the bowl of mixture you have made. Then garnish it with spring onion.

Your baby corn and mushroom salad is ready to serve!
