Spinach (palak) and cheese balls



Yummy….another cheese item…! Spinach and cheese balls recipe is here for you. Make it today at home and make everyone happy with these delicious cheesy balls. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Spinach (palak) – ½ cup

2.       Cheese – 2 cubes

3.       Boiled potatoes – 1 cup

4.       Paneer – ½ cup

5.       Salt – as per requirement

6.       Coriander – 2 tbsp.

7.       Green chili paste – 1 tbsp.

8.       Wheat bread crumbs – ¼ cup

9.       Oil – for deep fry

10.   Tomato ketchup – for serving

11.   Green chutney – for serving

How you will make these balls?

1.       Take one bowl and add boiled potatoes, paneer, spinach (palak), coriander, salt, green chilies, and bread crumbs. Mix it well.
2.       Divide this mixture in 12 parts and make balls.
3.       Now make hole in each ball and put cheese cube in it and again shape it properly.
4.       After that put balls in bread crumbs till it is covered with it. Now, take one nonstick pan with oil and fry the balls till it becomes golden brown.
5.       When balls become golden brown, take it out and serve it with green chutney and ketchup.
