Broccoli and almond soup

Soups are always good for health. Here is the recipe to make broccoli and almond soup.

Ingredients:

1.       Broccoli stalk – ½ cup
2.       Broccoli – 1 cup
3.       Almonds – 3 tsp.
4.       Chopped onion – ¼ cup
5.       Celery – 1 tsp.
6.       Corn flour (Added in milk) – 1/3 tsp.
7.       Garlic – 1 tsp.
8.       Black pepper powder to taste
9.       Salt to taste
10.   Fresh cream – 4 tsp. to garnish

How to make this tasty soup?

1.       Add 2 ½ cups water in broccoli stalk and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
2.       Add broccoli, chopped onion, celery, and garlic in it and bake for 5 minutes.
3.       Make puree of it and add corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, and almonds in it and bake for 7 minutes.
4.       When soup becomes thick, garnish it with fresh cream and serve hot.
