Paneer Cutlet



Another recipe of cutlet is here. Learn to make paneer cutlet. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Paneer – 250 gram

2.       Bread slices – 2

3.       Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp.

4.       Chopped onion – 1

5.       Chopped green chili – 2

6.       Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp.

7.       Chaat masala – 1 tbsp.

8.       Black pepper powder – ½ tbsp.

9.       Chopped mint leaves

10.   Bread crumbs – 1 cup

11.   Refined flour – 2 tbsp.

12.   Salt as per requirement

13.   Oil – 3 tbsp.

14.   Water – 1 cup

How to make Paneer Cutlet?

1.       Put bread slices in water and take it out immediately. Remove water from bread slices.
2.       Add paneer, wet bread slices, ginger-garlic paste, onion, green chili, turmeric powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt, and mint leaves in one bowl and mix well.
3.       Now divide this mixture in 2 or 3 small bowls and give it a shape of cutlet.
4.       Then add water and salt in refined flour as per requirement and make a thin mixture of it.
5.       Spread bread crumbs in a plate and put cutlets on it. So the bread crumbs will stick to cutlets.
6.       Take pan and add oil in it. Fry cutlets till it becomes reddish and crispy.

Serve hot cutlets with chutney.
