Potato onion cutlet



Do you love cutlets? Learn how to make potato and onion cutlet with few easy steps and make it at your home. The Indian food is always loved by everyone! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.       Potatoes – 4 to 5
2.       Butter – 4 tbsp.
3.       Boiled green peas – 1 cup
4.       Chopped onion with small pieces – 2 to 3
5.       Salt as per requirement
6.       Oil as per requirement

How to make potato onion cutlet?

1.       Boil potato in such a way that it doesn’t become soft. After boiling it grate potatoes and put the grated potatoes in hot water. The make mixture of it.
2.       Then add salt, butter, chopped onion, and boiled green peas in it. Give it a shape by making tikki.
3.       Now, add oil in pan and fry tikki in it. Fry it till it becomes golden brown.
4.       Your potato onion cutlet is ready to serve!

Serve it with tomato sauce.
