Baby corn paneer jalfrezi


Jalfrezi is a type of curry that includes frying steeped pieces of vegetables, meat, or fish in oil and spices to make thick sauce. Here is the recipe to make baby corn paneer jalfrezi.

Ingredients:

1.       Baby corn – 12 pieces
2.       Paneer – 1 ½ cup
3.       Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp.
4.       Asafetida – 1/8 tsp.
5.       Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
6.       Spring onion – 3 pieces
7.       Green onion – 3 pieces
8.       Green capsicum – ½ pieces
9.       Red capsicum – 1 pieces
10.   Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp.
11.   Red chilli powder – ½ tsp.
12.   Tomato puree – 1
13.   Chopped coriander – 2 tsp.
14.   Oil – 1 tsp.
15.   Salt to taste

Process to make baby corn jalfrezi:

1.       Heat pan with oil and add cumin seeds, asafetida, ginger garlic paste, and capsicum. Cook for two minutes.
2.       Then add baby corn, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato puree, and salt. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
3.       Mix all the ingredients well and then add paneer and spring onion. Mix well.
4.       Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.

The yummy and tasty baby corn paneer jalfrezi is ready to eat!
