Dosa is a south Indian dish and is famous in all over India.
Here is the recipe to make dosa with Mexican filling.
Ingredients:
1. Mixture to make dosa – 1 ½ cup (As per your requirement)
2. Boiled red kidney beans (put it in water for 8 hours then boil) – 1 small cup
3. Paneer – 4 tsp.
4. Chopped onion – 1 (small pieces)
5. Chopped tomato (small pieces) – 1
6. Chopped green chilli (small pieces) – 1 tsp.
7. Salt and black pepper powder to taste
8. Crushed garlic – 4 pieces
9. Butter and chutney to eat with dosa
Process to make
dosa with Mexican filling:
1.
Heat pan with 1 tsp. oil and add onion, garlic
and tomatoes in it. Cook till onion becomes light pink.

Then add boiled red kidney beans, paneer, salt,
black pepper powder, green chilli, and tomato ketchup in it. Stir properly. Mash
red kidney beans and make mixture of it.

Add salt, in mixture of dosa.
4.
Make small dosa by adding little oil with it. When
it becomes slight pink add Mexican filling we made and turn the half portion of
dosa.
5.
Spread butter on dosa and serve it with coconut
chutney or green chutney.
