Cheese and paneer fritters (Pakoda)



Yummy fritters are best to eat in monsoon. Hot and tasty fritters look mouthwatering! Here is the recipe to make cheese and paneer fritters.

Ingredients:

1.       Refined flour – 1 small bowl

2.       Corn flour – 1 tsp.

3.       Paneer – 2 tsp. (homemade)

4.       Cheese – 100 gram

5.       Green onion (with green portion) – 3 tsp. (small pieces)

6.       Chopped capsicum and coriander – 1 tsp. each

7.       Chopped green chilli – 1 tsp.

8.       Salt to taste

9.       Black pepper powder – half tsp.

10.   Red chilli sauce – half tsp.

11.   Little soda

12.   Oil to fry

Process to make cheese and paneer fritters:

1.       Combine corn flour and refined flour and add paneer in it.
2.       Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli, capsicum, coriander, green onion, and chilli sauce.
3.       Add water as per requirement and make loose mixture. Leave it as it is for half hour.
4.       Cut small pieces of cheese and then add it with soda in the mixture we made just now. Mix well.
5.       Heat pan with oil and make small fritters in oil. Stir it. When it becomes slight pink take it out from pan and put on paper napkin.

The yummy and crispy cheese and paneer fritters are ready to serve. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
