Paneer tikka sizzler



Paneer tikka sizzler recipe includes delicious pieces of paneer steeped in a tandoori masala. It’s so delicious in taste. Here is the recipe to make paneer tikka sizzler.

Ingredients:


1.       Paneer – 250 gram

2.       Red chilli – 30 gram

3.       Ginger-garlic paste – 50 gram

4.       Salt to taste

5.       Butter – 2 tsp.

6.       Black pepper powder to taste

7.       Curd (remove water from it) – 4 tsp.

8.       Coriander leaves – 1 tsp.

9.       Chopped cabbage – 2 tsp.

10.   Fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) – 1 tsp.

11.   Fennel powder – 30 gram

12.   Mustard oil – 1 tsp.

Process to make paneer tikka sizzler:

1.       To marinate paneer mix red chilli, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and spread on paneer. Leave it for 2 hours.
2.       To marinate paneer again mix ginger-garlic paste, red chilli, cumin powder, fenugreek leaves, fennel powder, and mustard oil in curd and spread on paneer and put it in fridge for 5 hours.
3.       Take a thin skewer sticks and arrange paneer on it and heat it for 6 to 8 minutes.
4.       Heat the sizzler plate properly and add butter, cabbage leaves, paneer tikka, and coriander leaves.

Serve it with mint (fudina) chutney.
