Chickpea Salad with Roasted Vegetables



Hello everyone! Chickpea seeds are high in protein and it is one of the earliest cultivated legumes. Here is the chickpea salad with roasted vegetables recipe for you. Eat healthy & stay healthy!

Ingredients:


1.       Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana in Hindi) – 1 cup (Put it in salted water for 1 night)

2.       Green capsicum – 1 capsicum

3.       Cherry tomatoes – 25 to 30 tomatoes

4.       Garlic paste – 10 garlic cloves

5.       Olive oil – 3 tbsp.

6.       Green olive slices – 3 tbsp.

7.       Holy basil (Tulsi in Hindi) – 15 to 20 leaves

8.       Salt to taste

9.       Black pepper powder – half tbsp.

10.   Red chilli powder – half tbsp.

11.   Lemon – half

Method to make this healthy salad:

1.       Heat pan with olive oil and add garlic cloves. Cook for some time.
2.       Then add green capsicum, cherry tomatoes, and salt. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
3.       Take one bowl and put the chickpea in it. Add green olives, roasted capsicum, cherry tomatoes, holy basil leaves, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix it well.
4.       When all the ingredients are mixed appropriately it is ready to serve!
