Corn paneer fritters (Pakoda)



Indian corn paneer fritters (pakoda) recipe is here for you! Enjoy eating Indian food item with your family. Healthy food!

Ingredients:


1.       Paneer – 100 gram

2.       Corn – 200 gram

3.       Cumin seeds powder – ½ tbsp.

4.       Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp.

5.       Gram flour – 6 tbsp.

6.       Salt to taste

7.       Ginger – 2 tbsp.

8.       Garlic – 2 tbsp.

9.       Green chilli – 2 pieces

10.   Milk – 1 cup

11.   Chopped onion – 1 onion

Process to make corn paneer fritters:

1.       Crush corn in blender.
2.       Grate paneer.
3.       Heat pan with oil and add ginger and garlic. Cook for some time.
4.       Now add crushed corn, salt, milk, and make creamy paste.
5.       When the mixture is cold add grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilli, cumin seeds powder, and chopped coriander. Mix it well.
6.       Add this mixture in gram flour and add some water in it. Make mixture of fritters by mixing it well.
7.       Heat oil in pan and make small fritters with the help of spoon or your hand. When it becomes golden brown take it out.
8.       Corn and paneer fritters are ready to serve.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup! So yummy and tasty corn paneer fritters (pakoda)!
