Basil and almond soup



The recipe to make healthy soup is here for you. Recipe of basil and almond soup.

Ingredients:


1.       Almonds – 50 gram

2.       Ocimum tenuiflorum (tulsi) leaves – 10 leaves

3.       Water – 2 cup

4.       Bay leafs (tej patta) – 1 piece

5.       Clove – 2 to 3 pieces

6.       Black pepper powder to taste

7.       Green cardamom (ilchi) – 2 to 3 pieces

Process to make basil and almond soup:

1.       Add almonds, bay leaf, green cardamom, and water in bowl and boil for 10 minutes.
2.       After that add salt, black pepper powder, and ocimum tenuiflorum leaves (tulsi) in it and cook for 5 minutes.
3.       If you like thick soup then you can add corn flour in ¼ water and add in soup.
4.       When soup is boiled properly you can serve hot!

Healthy and yummy basil & almond soup is ready to eat!
