Ingredients:
1. Bread slices – 2 (50 gram weight)
2. Paneer – 25 gram
3. Cucumber – 30 gram
4. Tomatoes – 30 gram
5. Capsicum – 20 gram
6. Butter – 1 tsp.
7. Salt and black pepper powder to taste
Process to make
paneer and vegetable sandwich:
1.
Make mixture of paneer.

Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and capsicum in small
pieces.
3.
Add paneer, salt, and black pepper powder in it.
4.
Remove the hard portion of bread slices and put
it in wet cloth for few minutes.
5.
Spread butter on both slices and spread filling
you have made just now.
6.
Put the other slice on it.
7.
Push very carefully and cut in cross.
