Ginger Pancake



Want to eat something sweet and delicious? Here is the recipe to make Ginger Pancake.

Ingredients:


1.       Refined flour – 2 cup

2.       Sugar – 1 cup

3.       Baking soda – ½ tsp.

4.       Baking powder – 2 tbsp.

5.       Bay leaf powder – 1 tsp.

6.       Crushed Ginger – 2 tsp.

7.       Nutmeg (Jayfal in Hindi) – ½ tsp.

8.       Cloves – 3 pieces

9.       Salt to taste

10.   Milk – 1 cup

11.   Curd – 2 cup

12.   Molasses (Treacle) – 2 tbsp.

13.   Butter – 2 tbsp.

14.   Oil as per requirement

15.   Dry grapes (Raisins) and Cherry for garnishing

Method to make Ginger Pancake:

1.       Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, bay leaf powder, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in one bowl and mix well.
2.       Take another bowl and mix milk and molasses in it.
3.       Now mix mixture of both the bowls properly and make a mixture that you can spread on nonstick easily. Put it in room temperature for 15 minutes.
4.       Now heat nonstick and spread the mixture on it. Cook from both the sides. Don’t forget to spread oil on both sides.
5.       Garnish the ginger Pancake with cherry and dry grapes or any other pieces of fruits.

It is healthy and so yummy!
