Take a break from eating daily fix menu and try this delicious
potato pancake with your family at home! Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
1. Boiled potatoes – 4 potatoes
2. Corn flour – 4 tbsp.
3. Fresh Red chili – half tsp.
4. Chopped fresh green chili – 1 chili
5. Chopped fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp.
6. Oil for cooking
Method to make
potato pancake:
1.
Add potatoes, corn flour, red chili, green chili,
and coriander in bowl and mix well.

Heat nonstick pan. Make four equal parts of
potatoes. Spread on nonstick in pancake size. Spread oil in all sides of
pancake. When it becomes golden brown it is ready to serve!
