Ingredients:
1. Curd – 2 cup
2. Chopped tomatoes – ½ cup
3. Chopped onion – ½ cup
4. Ginger – 1 tsp.
5. Salt to taste
6. Sugar – little
7. Oil – 2 tsp.
8. Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp.
9. Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp.
10. Green chilli – 1 piece
Process to make
tomato and onion raita:
1.
Add tomatoes, onion, ginger, salt, and sugar in
bowl. Mix well.

Heat pan with oil and add cumin seeds, mustard
seeds, and green chilli. Stir for 1 minute.
3.
Add gravy of tomato and onion we made just now.
4.
Add curd. Mix all the ingredients properly and
serve it with chapatti.
